Fundamentals of Taijiquan

Small group classes on principles and practices essential to taijiquan and other Chinese internal martial arts styles and traditions include qigong and taiji stretching, basic exercises, form, and sensitivity training. Discover, cultivate and utilize your personal reservoir of energy with practice.

Classes are designed for beginners (0-2 years), intermediate (2-4 years), and lapsed tai chi and qigong practitioners needing review of the fundamentals.
